Guidance

The cap on expenditures on supplies, materials, and equipment in year 3 is 20%. To apply for an exception to this rule, grant recipients must file an amendment request (FS-10-A). This process is designed to allow for maximum flexibility to adjust expenditures due to the extended shutdown of face-to-face education.

All amendments must be discussed with Mary Ann Valikonis in the program office prior to completion and submission. Please either submit your draft amendment or request a meeting with Mary Ann by sending an email to ltg2018@nysed.gov.

Artifacts should be posted as they become available so that colleagues across the state are able to benefit as soon as possible from the resources that have been created with LTG funds.
