Clearing Browser Caches

Chrome Browser

• Click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon (3 line icon in the Chrome toolbar)

• Click Settings
• In the Settings window, click Show advanced settings (towards the bottom pf the page)
• Under Privacy, click the Clear browsing data button
• Make sure Browsing history and Cached images and files is selected
• Click the Clear browsing data button
• Close the Settings window

Firefox Browser

• Click the Open menu icon (3 line icon in the Firefox toolbar)

• Click Options
• In the left-hand navbar, click Privacy
• Under History, select Firefox will: Never remember history
• Click the clear all current history link
• Make sure Browsing and Download History and Cache are selected
• Click the Clear Now button
• Close the Options window

Internet Explorer Browser

• Click the Tools icon in the IE toolbar, then Internet Options

• In the IE menu bar, click Tools, Internet Options
• Click the General tab
• Under Browsing history, select Delete browsing history on exit
• Click the Settings button
• Under Temporary Internet Files, select Every time I visit the webpage
• Click OK
• Click the Delete button to clear your cache
• Make sure Temporary Internet files and website files and History are selected
• Click Delete
• Click OK
