The 2024-25 BEDS IMF application for Public School Districts and Schools, Charter Schools, BOCES and Religious & Independent (Nonpublic) Schools will be available via IDEx (the IRS Data Exchange) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, and must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2024.

The current online application can be accessed on the NYSED Business Portal using your SEDDAS username and password.

All public school districts and schools, charter schools and BOCES are required to submit BEDS IMF via IDEx. Copies of BEDS IMF forms are provided via the links below and are for reference only. Religious & Independent (Nonpublic) schools are strongly encouraged to submit BEDS IMF via IDEx.

NOTE: THE BEDS IMF FORMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR NEW YORK CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
