Supplemental Information for NYSED Contracts

Education Law 2-d requires each educational agency to post the Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security (Parents' Bill of Rights) and Supplemental Information for each contract where a third party contractor receives student data and/or teacher or principal data from NYSED.

The NYSED contracts to which the publication requirement applies can be found in the chart below.  The Supplemental Information is organized based on the first letter or number of the contractor’s name.
