Distinguished Educator Dr. Jack Bierwirth
Dr. Jack Bierwirth is highly experienced with over 40 years of experience as an educator and nearly 30 years of experience as a Superintendent of schools, having served as the Superintendent of the Freeport, Sachem and Herricks School Districts on Long Island, as well as the Superintendent of schools in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Bierwirth also worked in the Hempstead School District as a director from April 1974 to June 1977. Dr. Bierwirth has a Bachelor’s Degree from Yale University and a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts.
