The New York State Education Department in collaboration with the NYS Department of Health, is providing Preschool/School Supportive Health Services Program (SSHSP) Medicaid 101 training which will review program fundamentals, Medicaid SSHSP history, compliance and oversight, reimbursement methodology and billing requirements. The training is approximately 2 hours and recommended for direct service providers, supervisors of direct service providers, compliance officers, and school district and county administrative staff responsible for overseeing or conducting the claiming process.
