  • As required under section 8401(b) of ESEA, the New York State Education Department is requesting comments on a proposed Tydings Waiver of the state’s FY21 Title I – Part A program.  The full text of NYSED’s memo to USDOE for this request is available here: Title 1A Liquidation Extension Request Letter
  • Comments can be sent via e-mail to NYSEDP12@nysed.gov.  Please enter Title I-A Tydings Waivers in the e-mail subject line.
  • Comments must be made by close of business on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
