  • The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is requesting public comment on a proposed Tydings Waiver of the state’s FY2025 Title I – Part A program.   • Comments can be sent via e-mail to NYSED20@nysed.gov. Please enter “Title I – Part A Tydings Waiver” in the e-mail subject line.
  • NYSED is accepting public comments until 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
  • Any questions regarding the Tydings Waiver can be directed to NYSED20@nysed.gov.
