Early Aid Start Request (EASR) Form
Beginning July 1, 2025 projects under $5 million will not be considered complex and therefore no longer eligible for EAS unless the project is delayed by items beyond the District's control such as liens, litigation, declared natural disaster, or force majeure events; or the quality of work is currently unsatisfactory and corrective action is required.
