Transition to Electronic Submission of Paperwork - Amended 7/30/25

To help us serve you faster, the Office of Facilities Planning will be incrementally transitioning to electronic receipt of all submission requirements. The next stage of this phased approach is transitioning to electronic receipt of capital construction project submission paperwork/forms and change orders. As of July 1, 2025, the Office of Facilities Planning will be no longer be accepting paper submission paperwork/forms and change orders. Submissions postmarked on or before June 30 will still be accepted via paper format.
