RE-OPENED for Specific Regions: PLAN Pilot School Application Form

The PLAN Pilot School application period has been extended for schools and programs located in specific regions in which fewer than 3 applications were received by the original December 8, 2023, deadline. Applications will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis from these regions, with preference given to applications received before February 9th.
