Welcome Back to School 2015

Commissioner MaryEllen Elia and Charles Giglio, 2015 New York State Teacher of the Year, join in welcoming educators, families, and students back to school. Giglio is a high school Latin teacher in the Gloversville Enlarged School District. "I know you're as excited as I am about the new possibilities this year for New York State," Elia said. "So let's get to work. The kids are counting on us."
