22/23 Mandated Services Aid/Comprehensive Attendance Policy Guidance Documents

The 22/23 Mandated Services Aid/Comprehensive Attendance Policy Guidance Documents are now available on the ORISS website on the MSA-CAP Information and Forms for the 2022-2023 School Year page. 

We anticipate that the MSA/CAP system will be open by January 2024, and will notify the field as soon as it is opens.
