The Board of Regents announced disciplinary actions resulting in the revocation of 1 license, surrender of 3 licenses, and 34 other disciplinary actions. The penalty indicated for each case relates solely to the misconduct set forth in that particular case.  In addition, the Board acted upon 1 restoration petition.

III. RESTORATION

The Board of Regents voted on November 16, 2021 to deny the application for restoration of the professional engineering license of Pedro J. Flaquer, Blooming Grove, NY.  Mr. Flaquer’s license was surrendered on June 19, 2012.
