Power, brotherhood, and dynamic.

How has being involved in MBK impacted you?

Being involved in MBK impacted me a lot because it gave me a platform to communicate with members of my racial community in both an academic and social environment. Through our conversion we were able to be the voice for our shared-community and make strides in promoting equity within our district and beyond. Through our brotherhood, we found a voice.

What do you look forward to most as a 2019-20 MBK Fellow?

This year I look forward to continuing to build a platform in which I can promote equity and expand my network.
