2021-22 SY UPK Second Data Pull

For SY 2021-22, the Office of Early Learning (OEL) has scheduled a second (final) child count data pull from SIRS on June 13, 2022.
- All data must be in the Level2 SIRS data warehouse by June 10, 2022.
- The child count pull will be used to determine UPK grant funding for 2021-22.
- Children enrolled in UPK programs through March 15, 2022 will be included in the pull.
- Districts running prekindergarten grant programs should verify their enrollment data in the SIRS Level 2 Reporting Environment (L2RPT) in the SIRS-333 report.
- This does not apply to Administrators of Public Schools in NYC.
- Questions regarding child count data extracts, data in SIRS, or L2RPT verification reports should be directed to the Office of Information and Reporting Services at DATASUPPORT.
- General questions regarding any of the prekindergarten grant programs can be directed to the Office of Early Learning at OEL@nysed.gov.
