RFP: PLAN Professional Learning Providers / Technical Assistance Centers

The New York State Education Department has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) #23-018. NYSED is seeking proposals for professional learning providers to operate three Performance-Based Learning and Assessment Networks (PLAN) technical assistance centers in the state, as part of the PLAN Pilot. The RFP is posted to NYSED’s P-12 Competitive Procurement Contracts website.  

All bids are due by July 26, 2023.
