The Board of Regents announced disciplinary actions resulting in the surrender of 8 licenses and 33 other disciplinary actions. The penalty indicated for each case relates solely to the misconduct set forth in that particular case.  

I. SURRENDERS

Ann C. Hickey; Professional Engineer; New York, NY 10013-3383; Lic. No. 065430; Cal. No. 31576; Application to surrender license granted. Summary: Licensee admitted to the charge of having been convicted of Forgery in the 3rd Degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Allen Parmet; Professional Engineer; Springfield, NJ 07081-1232; Lic. No. 032813; Cal. No. 31855; Application to surrender license granted. Summary: Licensee did not contest the charge of being impaired by Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia while practicing the profession of engineering.
