4 Please note for all due dates in red: Enrollment, demographic, Special Education Snapshot (EOY) and disability program service records for those students who are potential submission records for the VR10-16 reports must be migrated to the Level 2 Student Data Repository no later than August 7, 2026. Data is to be reviewed in the PD data system using the ‘List of Potential Student Records’ to determine that all students eligible to be included in these reports are included with accurate information. The L2 data repository will be frozen after August 7, 2026. No new data or changes to data will be allowed for enrollment, demographic, assessment (including COSF), special education snapshot and disability program service records after this date. Only Special Education Events will be updated after August 7, 2026.
