The New York State Education Department (NYSED) approves preschool special education programs pursuant to section 4410 of the NYS Education Law. 

New York State's Approved Preschool Special Education Programs are listed alphabetically. Information provided includes the program name, administrative address and contact phone number, region served, and the type of programming approved: Multidisciplinary Evaluation (MDE), Special Education Itinerant Services (SEIS), Special Class in an Integrated Setting (SCIS) and Special Class (SC).
