Program Office/Description: 

The Office of Management Services (OMS) includes the offices of the Board of Regents, Commissioner, Executive Deputy, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resources, Communications, Facilities, Audit and Information Technology.  The Director of Operations assists in the overall operations of all these offices.

The Assignment (Description of Job): 

The intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of RRF.  This will include tasks such as processing employee payroll and benefits, handling accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts and preparing monthly financial reports.

The intern will be under the direction of the Director of Operations and their staff and will be trained and guided through the day-to-day operations of RRF.  The intern will gain experience in not-for-profit accounting, budgeting, cost control and small business management.

Desired Skills, Abilities, & Educational Background: 

Experience in Accounting or Business Administration


Maximum of 25 hours per week; will work within intern’s availability
