Notification of Intent: Application for New York State Authorization

Out-of-state institutions applying for New York State authorization must complete this form as the first step in the application process. The New York State Education Department (NYSED) will respond with instructions for submitting an application through a secure folder within one week of receipt of this notification.  If you have not received instructions within that timeframe, please contact IHEauthorize@nysed.gov.
