Additional Information:

  • The annual fee payment of $35,000 is due to the Agency between January 1 and March 1 of each year for the following State fiscal year.
  • The chart below provides the fee schedule applicable to all Agency accredited institutions for the next three fiscal years. Fees for subsequent fiscal years will follow the same schedule.
  • Fees must be submitted with required materials and completed relevant form.  
  • Electronic payment is not accepted; all payments must be made by check; payable to “New York State Education Department.”
  • All fees are non-refundable.
